About the race
The Spring Run Off in Elbow, Saskatchewan, is a family-friendly 5K fun run held along the scenic Elbow Recreational Trail by Lake Diefenbaker. The course follows a portion of The Great Trail (Trans Canada Trail), offering beautiful views of the lake, Elbow Harbor, and Marina. The event starts at Tufts Bay and finishes at the Harbor Golf Club, where participants enjoy complimentary burgers and beers.
Each runner receives a participant package including a 2-for-1 golf pass for the 2025 season and a special gift. Located just over an hour from Saskatoon, Elbow offers natural beauty and nearby parks, making it a perfect springtime outing. Proceeds support the Elbow Recreational Trail.
