Spring in the Park Women's 10k/5k
Spring in the Park Women's 10k/5k takes place on May 2, 2026 at the South Mastick Picnic Area in Cleveland Metroparks, Fairview Park, OH. The event includes a women-only 10k and 5k plus a 5k ruck (includes a patch) and a 1 mile run/walk.

The event promotes awareness of the link between regular physical activity and offsetting dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Races are chip timed on a course described by the organizers as fast. Packet pick-up is scheduled in the days before the event, including a location at Second Sole in Lakewood, and day-of-race packet pick-up and registration will be handled at the picnic shelter.
Awards and extras listed by the organizer include a finisher medal featuring the 2026 flower, custom 2026 swag, a prize purse with gift-card awards for top finishers, age-group and overall awards, a winter running beanie or upgrade option to a custom rain jacket, finish-line food and drink, runner photos, and a participant raffle.
