Spring Hill Turkey Burn : event overview
An annual Spring Hill Turkey Burn event is scheduled for Saturday, November 28, 2026, at Spring Hill High School, 1 Raider Ln, Columbia, TN 38401. The event includes multiple in-person and virtual distances. The in-person races start and finish at the high school and run through Maury County and Spring Hill back roads.

Virtual runs are not timed and are not eligible for awards; virtual packages will be mailed after the race date.
Course, awards and rules
The course is multi-surface, including gravel, asphalt, and cement, and follows hilly back roads. The Half Marathon has a 3.5-hour time limit; course support will cease after that limit. All Half Marathon and 5K finishers receive finisher medals. Awards are given to the top three men and women overall, masters (men and women 40+) top three, and age-group awards for 10-14 through 75+ in three places.
No dogs are allowed. Strollers are welcome in the 5K and 1K; participants should note the course surfaces and hills. A minimum pace of 15 minutes per mile is required for the 5K and Half Marathon; participants below that pace may lose course support and be rerouted or asked to use sidewalks and follow traffic laws.
Pre-race packet pickup is available the day before at the Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee in Spring Hill. T-shirt sizes are first come, first served and are not guaranteed for late registrations. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
