Sporting Life 10K - Toronto
The Sporting Life 10K takes place on May 10, 2026, in Midtown Toronto, along Yonge Street at Lawrence Avenue. The event offers both an in-person 10K and a virtual 10K option; the virtual window runs from May 10 to May 31, 2026 and can be completed in participants' local communities.
The course is described as almost entirely downhill and among Canada’s flattest and fastest 10K routes. The route follows Yonge Street and covers the standard 10 km distance.
The event raises funds for Campfire Circle, which provides medically supported overnight camp programs for children with cancer and other serious illnesses. Fundraising supports free camp programs and family services; Campfire Circle Muskoka is noted as able to offer on-site IV chemotherapy and blood transfusions.
