The event takes place on Sunday, September 20, 2026. The start and finish location is at the Russel Acton Folk Center on 212 West Jefferson Street in Berea.
Participants can choose from several event types:

- 5K VIRTUAL Runner/Walker

Course and Features
The 5K course is described as flat and paved, using the Berea City Trail. A water stop is available on the course, which runners pass twice. The venue and race route were new as of 2025.
Race features include chip timing, overall and age group awards (in 5-year increments), and free race photos. Participants receive a commemorative, soft, poly/cotton unisex race shirt. The event also includes music and food.
Logistics
Packet pickup is only available on race morning, from 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM, in the parking lot of the Russel Acton Folk Center. There is no advanced packet pickup.
Beneficiary
