Spooky 10K Trail Race : Port Gamble, WA
The Spooky 10K Trail Race is scheduled for October 31, 2026, in Port Gamble, Washington. This is the 17th running of the event and it uses a mix of single-track trails and dirt roads. The course includes about 600 feet of climbing, with most ascent occurring in the first three miles. The start and finish are at the Uplands in Port Gamble; the Uplands is reached by turning off SR104 about a quarter mile before entering Port Gamble, where a sign marks the turn.
The field is limited to 100 participants. Organizers say county and Raydient fees increased substantially, with their event fees rising from $75 in 2023 to between $1,500 and $2,000 in 2026, and entry fees were increased accordingly.
Entry benefits listed by organizers include a long sleeve tech shirt, a custom medal, food and refreshments, a costume contest, and a well marked course. The costume contest is judged before the race starts. Awards will be given to the top three female and male finishers and to the top three masters (age 50 and older) female and male finishers.
