Spencerville Summerfest 5K Run
The event is held on June 20, 2026 at Spencer Township Park in Spencerville, Ohio as part of the Spencerville Summerfest. It features a main 5K Run and a 1 mile Fun Run.

The course is a flat, accurate out and back on country roads that starts and ends at Spencer Township Park. Mile splits are provided. There are two water stops along the course and water at the finish. Restrooms are available at the park and at the baseball field. Walkers are welcome.
Awards are given to the top overall male and female finishers and to the top three in each male and female age group with no duplication of awards. A door prize drawing for 5K entrants is held before awards; winners must be present. Sponsors include MPH Insurance and Spencerville area merchants. The event is assisted by the Spencerville Police Department and Spencerville EMS. Proceeds benefit the Spencerville Cross Country Teams.
Registration options include online entry, mailed paper forms, and race day sign up. Online registration opens January 22, 2026 and closes June 18, 2026. Fees vary by registration date and shirt option; a limited quantity of race shirts will be available for sale on race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
