Spencer County Octoberfest 5K
Spencer County Octoberfest 5K takes place on September 29, 2026, on Main Street in Taylorsville, Kentucky. The event includes a main 5K and a separate kids fun run for younger participants.

All proceeds support Spencer County Special Olympics. Awards are given to the top two overall male and female finishers and to the top male and female in the following age groups: 9 & Under (Fun Run participants are not included in 5K awards), 10–14, 15–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69, 70–74, and 75 & Over.
