Event Overview
The Speedy Spud is a running event organized by Rexburg Races held during the harvest season in Rexburg, Idaho. This event introduces a unique circuit format that combines physical activity with specific eating requirements throughout the course.
Course Details
The race takes place at Nature Park and follows a 5 km route consisting of four laps around the park grounds. Both the start and finish lines are located near the pickleball courts. The event is designed to test both cardiovascular endurance and gastrointestinal capacity through various consumption stations.
Food Stations
At each lap of the circuit, participants encounter specific food and drink items provided by local vendors. These stations include:
- Blisters BBQ fries
- Bakers Dozen donuts
- Reeds Dairy chocolate milk
Participant Information
