Event Details

The Speed Stampede is a certified two mile race held in Homewood, Alabama. The race is hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Homewood - Mountain Brook and supports the Maranathan Family Learning Center & Academy, a scholarship school and learning center founded in 1991.

Course Information

The race takes place on Reese Street near The Grocery Brew Pub. The course is a fast and flat one-mile loop, run twice. The route is USATF-certified (AL21034JE) and will be professionally timed.

Age Groups and Prizes

The event awards prizes to the top overall male and female runners. Prizes are also awarded in 10-year age group categories.

Schedule and Registration
