Event overview
The event takes place Sunday, November 9, 2025, in North Haven, CT at 221 Elm St (near the middle school parking lot). It includes the following race options:
- 5K in person
- 1 Mile walk
- Virtual Run
The 5K course is USATF certified.
Additional details
T-shirts will be given to the first 200 walkers and runners who register. Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in multiple age groups. An all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast will be offered after the race for $5.00, with tickets available at checkout.
Proceeds will benefit the North Haven Special Olympics and other local charities. The Special Olympics program serves about 90 athletes who participate in sports such as bocce, softball, floor hockey, swimming, and basketball.
