Manchester DEKA IGNITE
The event is DEKA IGNITE, a team based fitness challenge held at Manchester Central (Manchester Convention Centre Complex, Windmill St) on July 24, 2026. Ticket prices are listed per person with a starting price of £100.00.
DEKA IGNITE is organised as a four person team race with male, female, and co‑ed categories. Teams compete in a baton passing format that connects ten specialised fitness zones by 500 m running or walking intervals, which total 5 km of running across the course. Teams have a 90 minute time limit to complete all zones.
The DEKA FIT sequence for each competitor includes the following zones in order. Zone 1: 60 RAM Alternating Reverse Lunges; Zone 2: 1000 m Row; Zone 3: 40 Box Jump or Step Overs; Zone 4: 50 Med Ball Sit up Throws; Zone 5: 1000 m Ski Erg; Zone 6: 400 m Farmer’s Carry; Zone 7: 50 Calorie Air Bike; Zone 8: 40 Dead Ball Wall Overs; Zone 9: 200 m Sled Push or Pull; Zone 10: 40 RAM Burpees.
