XMiles Adventure Coast Southport Half Marathon & 10k
The event is a UKA licensed road run held in Southport on Sunday 10th January 2027 at Adventure Coast Southport, Valhalla Venue, Esplanade, PR8 1RX. The course is a looped route that passes the Promenade, goes under the pier and circles Marine Lake and Kings Gardens, including a crossing of the Marine Lake Bridge. Distances are accurately measured and officially certified.
The half marathon uses two laps that together total 13.1 miles (one 6.2 mile lap plus one 6.9 mile lap). The 10k is one 10k lap. The route is described as flat. Title sponsor XMiles and venue partners are listed for this edition; the sponsor provides fuelling, hydration and reward services for participants.
Entry fees and minimum ages are set by distance and affiliation. Included with entry are a custom finisher's medal, feed stations on the route, electronic timing, drinks at the finish and event photographs available to download. Entries close when the event is full or on the Friday before race day at 12 noon.
