Southern Fried 50/50
Southern Fried 50/50 is an urban trail and road running event in Columbus, GA and Phenix City, AL. The route includes riverfront sections and local trails along the Chattahoochee River.

The start and finish are at Scofflaw Brewing. Parking and packet pickup take place at Scofflaw Brewing. The course uses the Dragonfly Trail and the Columbus and Phenix City RiverWalk, and passes areas such as Oxbow Meadows and urban whitewater sights.
The event limits the field to 100 runners. Time cutoffs are 10 hours for the 50K and 14 hours for the 50-mile distance. Aid stations provide Southern-style refreshments, including fried chicken, Georgia-grown watermelons, and sweet tea.
