The Southern Freeze takes place on January 24, 2026, in Columbus, GA, at 7324 Psalmond Road.   • FF100 mile: two 50-mile races (total 100 miles)

Aid stations will offer food items such as chicken and dumplings, sweet tea, grilled cheese, and cookies, and hydration options including Coke, water, and CeraSport. All entrants receive a T-shirt and a beanie; all finishers receive a race medal. A special award is given to the 1st place overall finisher in each event.
