The Southern Freeze 50/50 is a winter urban running event in Columbus, GA, with courses that run along the Columbus and Phenix City Riverwalks beside the Chattahoochee River. Aid stations will provide food items such as chicken and dumplings, sweet tea, grilled cheese, and cookies, and hydration options including Coke, water, and CeraSport. Every entrant receives a T-shirt and a beanie; all finishers receive a race medal. A special award is given to the first overall finisher in each event.
