47th Annual South Salem Memorial Day Races
The event is a community race day held in South Salem with the Lewisboro Library serving as the base location at 15 Main Street, South Salem, NY 10590. Multiple events are offered on Memorial Day and course maps are available.

- MS Health Walk
- Pee Wee Dash
The 5K and 10K courses are U.S.A. Track and Field certified, allowing times to be accepted for record purposes and national ranking. Results are published live and by text and email, and free finish line photos are provided. Runners who register at least three weeks in advance receive personalized bibs.
Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers in several events, with gold, silver, and bronze placements. A Challenge Run option combines separate 10K and 5K efforts into a combined Challenge time; each race time is posted separately and combined for Challenge ranking. The Challenge entry fee is listed as $50.
A portion of event proceeds supports the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and local families affected by multiple sclerosis. Day of race packet pickup is based at the Lewisboro Library and parking is available at the library and nearby lots. Virtual participants may receive mailed bibs and can upload times and photos following the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
