Soulstice Mountain Trail Run - 27th running
The Soulstice Mountain Trail Run is scheduled for October 10, 2026 and will be held at Government Prairie in Kaibab National Forest, Parks, Arizona. The date may move to October 11 if weather conditions on race day are severe.
Distances offered include:
- 30K
- 18K (11.2 miles)
- 10K (6 miles)
- 1K Kids Dash
The event is organized by volunteers from the Northern Arizona Trail Runners Association (NATRA LLC). One hundred percent of race proceeds benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff. NATRA runs group outings on many local trails and maintains a free lifetime membership and a twice-monthly newsletter.
Early bird registration opens December 31, 2025 and runs through January 7, 2026 at a $70 fee for any race; after that the fee for the 10K, 18K, and 30K rises to $80. The Kids Dash registration fee is $10. Registrants may change distances through their registration profile at no charge.
A Forest Service permit limits entries to 200. If entries exceed that limit by April 30 a lottery will be used. Legacy runners registered before April 30 are guaranteed entry. Entry can also be guaranteed before April 15 by donating an Arizona Charitable Tax Credit to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff.
