Soulstice Mountain Trail Run
The Soulstice Mountain Trail Run takes place on October 10, 2026 at Government Prairie in Kaibab National Forest near Parks, Arizona. The event is organized by the Northern Arizona Trail Runners Association and is the 27th running of the Jackie Weintraub Memorial trail race. The event is volunteer run and the race director is unpaid. One hundred percent of race proceeds benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff.
Multiple trail distances are offered:
- Soulstice 30K 30 kilometers
- Soulstice 18K 11.2 miles
- Soulstice 10K 6 miles
- Soulstice Kids Dash 1 kilometer
Early bird registration opens on December 31, 2025 at a reduced fee of $70 for adult distances; after the early period the fee rises to $80 for the 10K, 18K and 30K distances. The Kids Dash fee is $10. Participants may transfer to a different race through their RunSignUp profile without an additional charge. The event operates under a Forest Service permit with a 200 runner limit; if entries exceed the permit by April 30, registration will move to a lottery and legacy runners registered before April 30 are guaranteed entry. Entrants can also guarantee a spot before April 15 by donating an Arizona Charitable Tax Credit to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff.
