SOS - North Parramatta
SOS - North Parramatta is a Saturday Orienteering Series event scheduled for 1 August 2026 with the venue expected to be Lake Parramatta in North Parramatta, NSW. The meeting point and What3Words location are to be confirmed.
Participants can take part solo, in teams, or as a family group. Events include clear maps, beginner-friendly courses, and guidance for newcomers. Entrants may run more than one course on the day.
Available course formats are Warm Up (recommended for beginners), Short Line, Long Line, and Score. SPORTident electronic timing is used for all courses; timing card hire is available for a fee of A$4 per entrant.
Standard entry fees are A$18 for adults and A$15 for primary and secondary school students, with a 15% member discount where applicable. A A$2 late fee applies to entries made after the published cutoff before the event. A buddy ticket is offered for adults who accompany a young or inexperienced orienteer; the buddy ticket does not include a personal timing chip or map.
