Event overview
The Garavel SoNo Half Marathon | 5K takes place on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at Veteran's Memorial Park and Marina in Norwalk, Connecticut. The event program includes the following races:

- Kids Fun Run
The course runs through historic South Norwalk, along coastline sections, along tree-lined streets, and past several local landmarks and attractions.
Registration and participant information
Registration opens December 22, 2025. The event lists fees for the main entries and a free Kids Fun Run. Age limits are specified for each event; student categories are open to ages 18 and under and the kids run is open to ages 12 and under. Some student entries show a limited number of remaining spots.
All participants receive a performance shirt, multifunctional headwear, free race photos, and a finisher's medal. A post-race party includes food and beverages, including beer for those 21 and older, pizza, ice cream, and items provided by Stew Leonard's.
