Soles4Vets Memorial 5k Race/Walk
The Soles4Vets Memorial 5k is the fourth annual 5 kilometer run, walk, and roll held at Granger Meadows Park in Lansing, Michigan on May 16, 2026. The course is a 100% paved out-and-back path measuring approximately 3.1 miles. The event raises funds for the Soles4Vets Program, which supports veterans who are homeless or in need throughout the Great Lakes States, and it serves as a memorial to those who served and are no longer with us.
Registration opens February 1, 2026. Registrations received by May 1 are guaranteed a t-shirt and a finisher medal; t-shirts after that date are available while supplies last. All participants receive a finisher medal. Awards include plaques for overall male and female winners and age-group awards for youth, teen, and multiple senior categories. Early packet pickup is available at the Footprints of Michigan office in Lansing and additional packet pickup is available at the race location.
