The Youngstown Marathon Foundation presents the second annual Sole to City Half Marathon, 2-Mile, and Kids Run on May 31, 2026, in Youngstown, Ohio. Entry fees listed on the event page are $55 for the half marathon, $35 for the 2-mile run/walk, $0 for the kids 2-mile, $25 for the virtual half, and $20 for the virtual 2-mile. The half and 2-mile prices increase after December 31, 2025. Virtual event prices increase after January 4, 2026. Kids 12 and under participate for free. The kids run registration closes on January 4, 2026 at 11:59pm and re-opens on January 5, 2026 at 12:00am.
Course and post-race
The half marathon route runs through Mill Creek Park and finishes in the heart of Youngstown. The 2-mile event is an out-and-back course through Downtown Youngstown. A celebration village is located at Penguin City Brewing after the race. Course information is available through the event’s published route.
