SoCal's Tiki Beach 5K & 10K Run/Walk
SoCal's Tiki Beach 5K & 10K Run/Walk takes place on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at Bolsa Chica State Park, Lot #25 in Huntington Beach, California. The event includes a beachside expo and food vendors offering items such as coconut and island inspired pancakes, specialty coffee, street tacos, barbecue sandwiches, baked cookies, Hawaiian shaved ice, and juices for purchase.

The course is a flat, scenic out-and-back along the paved beach path with ocean views. Timing is provided by RFID chip timing through Itz About Time. Live Polynesian drummers and dancers perform as part of the event programming, and an active expo runs alongside the race activities.
Every registered participant receives a custom Polynesian-style race shirt and a Tiki finisher medal. Beach towels are available for purchase and participants may choose a towel instead of a shirt while supplies last; both can be purchased together for an additional fee.
Awards are given to the top three male and female overall in the 5K and 10K, with age group awards in five-year divisions up to 80 plus, and special recognition for participants who complete three or more Caren Ware Events in the year.
