Event details
The Snow Flurry Scurry 5K is scheduled for Saturday, January 31, 2026, at Lost River Cave, 2818 Nashville Road, Bowling Green, KY 42101. The race includes two event options:
- 5K in-person event
- 3.1-mile virtual option on the Lost River Cave course
The event is in its 12th year and supports restoration of wildlife habitat at the park. Awards are given to the top five overall male and female finishers and to the top male and female runners in each age division. Virtual participants are not eligible for awards. All participants, both in-person and virtual, receive a custom finisher medal.
Registration and logistics
Early bird registration runs through January 9 with prices of $30 for members and $35 for non-members; late registration runs January 10–31 with member and non-member prices differing. Members must use a unique code at checkout to receive the member price. Early bird registrants are guaranteed a short-sleeved race T-shirt with the event logo.
Virtual runners may complete the 3.1-mile course between January 25–30 and submit times online; T-shirt and medal pickup is at the Lost River Cave Gift Shop. Early packet pickup is January 28–30 at the Lost River Cave Gift Shop. Race day packet pickup is available on the day of the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
