The FROZEN 4 Mile Run & 2 Mile Walk takes place on Saturday, January 3, 2026, in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The event is based at Ephram White Park, 885 Mt. Olivet Road, Bowling Green, KY 42101. The program includes these distances:

The FROZEN4 is the second race in the Winter Sprinter Race Series.
Logistics and extras
Registration fee listed for each event is $40, with an announced price increase after October 2, 2025. All proceeds will go to a local student athlete who needs financial assistance for medical bills; the 2026 recipient will be announced in November. Each paid participant receives a choice of a crewneck sweatshirt or a hoodie; registering by December 15 is recommended to guarantee the selected sweatshirt at packet pickup. Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the race at Runners' Lounge and on race morning at Ephram White Park. No walk-up race day registration is allowed; online registration closes on the morning of the event. Awards are offered for the 4 Mile Run (overall placings and multiple age-group categories, plus masters and grandmasters) and for the 2 Mile Walk (overall and top finishers).
