Event overview
Snack Town RunFest 2026 takes place on October 3, 2026, in Hanover, Pennsylvania. The event is held on the property of the Shepphard Myers Dam, starting on Grand Valley Road. Presenting sponsors include Utz Brands, Inc. and WellSpan Health. A post-race Beer Bash on George (21 and over) will feature local craft breweries including Aldus Brewing, Fat Bat Brewing, and Sign of the Horse Brewery.

Entry prices listed on the event page include $75 for the Half Marathon, $35 for the 5K, and $10 for the Kids Fun Run. A Pacers Half Marathon entry is listed at $0.
Race services and awards
Races are professionally chip timed by Racine Timing using disposable bib tags. Bibs must be worn on the front of the shirt and be visible. Half Marathon and 5K finishers receive custom finisher medals. Shirts are provided with registration deadlines: long sleeve for Half Marathon registrants by September 12, short sleeve for 5K registrants by September 12, and a special short sleeve for Kids Fun Run registrants by September 22. Goody bags include tickets to sample local brews at the Beer Bash.
Awards include male and female overall and age-division 1st–3rd places for the Half Marathon and 5K. The 5K team competition awards 1st–3rd place; teams consist of three or more runners and are scored by adding the top three individual times.
