Event Details

The Slievenamon Uphill is a mountain running event in County Tipperary. It will take place on Wednesday, 27th May 2026. The course involves a climb of 576 meters over a distance of 4 kilometers. This event is part of the Munster Uphill League.

Mandatory Kit

All participants are required to bring a specific set of equipment, categorized as Level B - Standard kit. This includes a waterproof jacket, a hat or buff, gloves, a whistle, a charged mobile phone with an emergency number stored, and a foil blanket, bivvy bag, or equivalent. Runners must have the means to carry all this kit. The specific items to be carried during the race will be confirmed on the day based on conditions and will be advised at registration. Random kit checks may be conducted.

Registration

Entry opens on Monday, 25th May 2026 at 21:00 and closes on Wednesday, 27th May 2026 at 12:00. The entry fee is €7 for seniors and €5 for over 65s and under 18s.
