The BYD Singapore International Marathon presented by adidas is Singapore’s national marathon weekend, held from 4 to 6 December 2026. The event is presented as a three-day race weekend and is staged as the country’s official national marathon. The 2026 edition is listed as a World Athletics Gold Label Road Race and is identified as the 44th edition of the marathon.
The race uses a refreshed city road course that passes through several of Singapore’s landmarks and skylines. The weekend includes multiple race categories for adults, children, first timers, and experienced runners. The EFGH National Championships are held by qualification only. Recent participant figures reported for 2025 show more than 55,000 runners and competitors from over 80 countries.
Administrative details for 2026 include a single registration fee level throughout the registration period, online card payment options, and a Standard Chartered cardholder discount of 10 percent while the first 8,000 discounted registrations remain. Entries are non-refundable except where the optional RunFlex service was purchased; RunFlex allows cancellation by 27 November 2026 for an 80 percent refund of the race entry fee excluding the RunFlex cost.
