Registration and policies
Race kit pickup is scheduled for Sunday, February 15 at Laurier Park from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Early bird entry fees vary by distance and category; listed early prices range from $59 to $115, with higher rates in later registration periods. Participants may buy registration insurance for $15. If skate or ski surfaces are unavailable, organizers may change multi-sport events to another format (for example, triathlon to duathlon). If both skating and skiing surfaces are unsafe, or if the weather is too cold, events will be cancelled. With registration insurance, fees can be transferred to the 2027 festival; without it, fees are not refundable. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
