SIC Mile and 2 mile run or walk
The event takes place at CSU Pueblo Stadium in Pueblo, Colorado on July 26, 2026. It includes two options for participants:
- SIC Mile four 400 m laps with a different exercise each lap
- 2 mile run or walk
The SIC Mile is four laps around the track with prescribed activities for each lap. Lap 1 (400 m) is burpee broad jumps. Lap 2 (400 m) is walking lunges. Lap 3 (400 m) is bear crawls. Lap 4 (400 m) is a run to the finish. Teams of up to four people are allowed for the SIC Mile; each team member must take a turn on each lap and tagging between teammates is permitted.
The event is organized as a fundraiser supporting HYROX, Animal Welfare, and Addict2Athlete. The organizers collect bags of dog or cat food to donate to SoCo Spay and Neuter. Registration opens June 30, 2026 and closes July 26, 2026. The stated registration fee is $25.00. For team entries that request a team t shirt, every team member must be registered. If only some team members want a t shirt, those individuals may register separately. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
