The 5K is timed using MyLaps BibTag. The 1 Mile Fun Walk is untimed.

Registration is available before and after April 3, 2026 with different fee levels. Pre-registration rates listed are 5K $35 and 1 Mile $30. Late and race day rates listed are 5K $40 and 1 Mile $35. T-shirt availability and sizes are not guaranteed for registrations submitted after Sunday, March 22, 2026. All mailed entries must be received by Wednesday, April 1, 2026; checks are listed as payable to HERMES with a Cleveland mailing address.

Awards for the 5K are presented to the top overall male and female finishers and to the top male and female in these age groups: 19 and under, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79, and 80 and over.
