Shoreline Park Half Marathon
The Shoreline Park Half Marathon takes place on Sunday, August 23, 2026 at Shoreline Aquatic Park, 200 Aquarium Way, Long Beach, California. The event is presented as the inaugural edition and the course is pending USATF certification.

The route follows the waterfront along the Shoreline Park boardwalk with ocean views and sights that include the Queen Mary. The course is described as mostly flat and walker friendly. Part of the route uses a publicly accessible bike path where participants are asked to keep to the right for pedestrians while cyclists use the left.
Aid stations are provided along the route. This event does not use disposable cups at water stations. Each station uses a hands free foot pedal water unit that dispenses approximately 10 oz per second. Participants may bring their own reusable cup or purchase a reusable cup for $3 at packet pickup or on race day.
All finishers receive event items including a finisher medal, a premium sublimated shirt, a premium hat, and a reusable tote bag. The post race offering includes a complimentary plate of street tacos for runners; additional plates and guest plates are available for $8 each.
