Event overview

The 2026 Shoots and Ladders 5K & 10K is the 8th annual edition of the event, held on Saturday, May 9, 2026. It benefits the Plano Police Association and the Plano Firefighters Association. The in-person event is based at the Amphitheater at Oak Point Park, 2801 E Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, TX, with the Red Tail Pavilion serving as the start and finish area. The course runs through Oak Point Park and the adjacent nature preserve. A virtual participation option is also available.
