Shipley Donut Dash 5K - First Woodway
The Shipley Donut Dash at First Woodway, MAC in Woodway, Texas includes a chip timed 5K, a 1 mile fun run, and a virtual 5K. Registration opens July 10 and closes in early October; closing dates differ by event. Entry fees listed by the organizer are $25 for the 5K, $15 for the 1 mile, and $25 for the virtual 5K.

The 5K offers awards to overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in each age group. Age groups run from 14 and under, then 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 plus. Duplicate awards are not given. All registrants receive finisher medals and donuts will be distributed after the event. The course is described as stroller friendly.
Packet pickup is scheduled at the race site on Friday, October 10, with additional packet pickup available on race day at the race site. T shirts are guaranteed for those who register by September 26; quantities are very limited after that.
All proceeds this year will go to Together for Good. The virtual 5K is offered as an additional way to support Together for Good and its work with isolated parents and vulnerable children. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
