Shining Hope Farms Salute Trail Run
The Shining Hope Farms Salute Trail Run is scheduled for September 12, 2026 at Shining Hope Farms in Conover, North Carolina. This is the sixth annual running of the event. The course uses trails across a 120 acre farm located north of Charlotte.
Participants may choose between two trail distances:
- 5k trail
- 10k trail
Both distances can be walked or run and will be chip-timed. An awards ceremony will take place after the race. Registration includes a t-shirt. Food, drinks, and music will be available on site after finish.
The event honors Veterans, First Responders, and Law Enforcement and raises funds to provide scholarships for the Saddles & Salutes Program. Registered runners may opt to fundraise or become sponsors. Individuals who raise $1,000 to fund a scholarship will receive a Shining Hope Farms YETI.
Registration policies state that there are no refunds. Race management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to unfavorable conditions, and registration fees are not refundable in the event of cancellation due to Acts of God.
