She's Gonna Bolt!
She's Gonna Bolt is the third annual 5K walk/run in Rapid City supporting Alzheimer's and dementia awareness. The event offers an on-site 5K walk/run at Founders Park and a virtual 5K option for remote participants. It is presented as a community gathering to raise funds and highlight the role of Sequel's advocacy services.
The on-site course runs from Founders Park to Sioux Park and back along a route described as scenic and safe. Participants may walk or run at their own pace. Check in is handled at a Founders Park tent, and additional parking is available across the street.
On-site registration carries a fee of $35 while the virtual 5K is offered at no fee. Registered participants receive a commemorative t-shirt.
