She's Gonna Bolt!
She's Gonna Bolt! is the third annual 5K walk/run held on June 20, 2026 in Rapid City at Founders Park, 1520 W Omaha St. The in person 5K follows a route from Founders Park to Sioux Park and back. A virtual 5K option is offered for remote participation.
Registration opens June 19, 2026. In person registration closes June 20, 2026 and virtual registration closes June 21, 2026. The registration fee for each entry is $35.00.
The event raises awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s and dementia. It highlights the role of Sequel's advocacy services and the support available to families affected by cognitive decline.
Participants receive a commemorative t-shirt. The event includes music, food, and activities described as suitable for all ages. Check in is organized at a Founders Park tent. Additional parking is available across the street.
