Event overview
This memorial run takes place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at the Family Impact Wellness Center, 9430 W. Grand River Ave., Fowlerville, MI 48836. The course for the 5K passes through a meadow, the woods, a corn field and an open field. A separate 1 mile route follows an open meadow. A virtual 5K option is also offered.

Food and music are planned on site, and on-site parking is available. Packet pickup is available on race morning.
Entry fees and shirts are described as follows. For the 5K, early registration is $35 until May 25 and includes a shirt; the fee increases to $40 from May 26 through race day. For the 1 mile, early registration is $20 until May 25 and includes a shirt; the fee increases to $30 from May 26 through race day. The virtual 5K fee is $30 and does not include a shirt. T-shirts are guaranteed for entries made by May 25 in adult and youth sizes.
Awards for the 5K include overall male and female winners, masters and senior masters categories, and age group awards for 14 and under through 70 and over. All proceeds support the Family Impact Centers, a nonprofit that operates a client choice food pantry and provides clothing donations, counseling, tutoring, bible studies, parenting classes, health and wellness workshops, grief counseling, and holiday and back to school donations for local families.
