SHE Power 10K & 5K : Chandler, Arizona
The SHE Power 10K & 5K is scheduled for January 24, 2027 in downtown Chandler, Arizona, with the start area at Downtown Chandler Stage Park, 178 E Commonwealth Ave. The event offers two race distances:
- 10K
- 5K
Both courses are USATF certified and described as fast and flat. The event includes multiple on-course water stops providing water and Gatorade, with a limited number of portable toilets at each stop. A minimum pace of 19.5 minutes per mile is required for the 10K and participants who cannot maintain this pace may be disqualified.
All finishers receive the 2027 SHE Power finisher medal, featuring a dragonfly motif with iridescent wings and detailed metallic elements. Additional optional apparel is available as an add-on, including a charcoal v-neck tee, a Bella+Canvas flowy racerback tank, and a black quarter-zip running jacket; apparel must be picked up at the event and will not be shipped. Finish-line amenities for in-person participants include a long-stem rose, a finish-line cake celebration, and free professional race photos.
Packet pickup and an open house are scheduled the day before at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Chandler, 150 S Arizona Ave. Free parking is available in downtown Chandler near the start and finish areas.
Awards include overall Top 3 women in each race and Top 3 women by age group across the listed age ranges, with commemorative ceramic tiles for age-group winners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
