The Shawnee Sasquatch 5K is scheduled for October 3, 2026, in Harrisburg, Illinois. The race is staged at the Harrisburg Courtyard, across the street from 2 N Vine St. The event address is 1 E Poplar St, Harrisburg IL 62946.
Registration opens May 5, 2026 and closes October 2, 2026. The registration fee is $30.00. Participants who register by September 15 will receive a swag bag and a T shirt. Day of event registration is offered for race entry only.
Packet pickup is at Harrisburg City Hall. Scheduled pickup times are Thursday October 1 from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and Friday October 2 from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Packet pickup will also be available on the day of the event.
Awards are offered separately for runners and walkers. Both categories include overall male and female awards and age group awards for the top male and female in each group. Age groups are 1-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70-99. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
