Shawano Sundrop Dayz 5K Run/Walk

The full course uses a combination of city streets and the Mountain Bay Trail. Online registration is required prior to race day; online sign-ups are open until 11:59 PM on Friday, June 5. Participants who register by May 16 will be eligible for their requested event T-shirt size; registrations after that date receive shirts and sizes based on availability. Event fees are not refundable if the event is cancelled or if a registrant cannot participate.
Day-of registration is available for a separate fee; the organizer also provides awards to the top male and female in each division. Event wellness offerings include a short pre-race yoga session, chair massages before and after the run, short passive stretching sessions, drawings for free services, electrolyte drinks, cooling towels and basic first-aid supplies, and spinal assessments with sports and nutritional advice from local practitioners.
