Shaw-ctober 5K
Springdale Parks and Recreation presents the 2nd Annual Shaw-ctober 5K and Fun Run at Shaw Family Park in Springdale, AR. The event includes a 5K run and a separate Fun Run for younger participants. Finishers' medal is included with registration.
The 5K run is open to all ages. Registration is listed at $30 and increases to $35 after 8/31/26. Registrants who register by 8/31 are guaranteed a shirt. The Fun Run is for ages 12 and under and is listed with a $10 entry fee; the Fun Run entry is described as finisher medal only.
Packet pickup is available on Thursday, October 8, and Friday, October 9, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Springdale Recreation Center, 1906 Cambridge St., Springdale. The event is organized by Springdale Parks and Recreation and is the second annual edition of this fall running event.
