The Shamrock Shuffle
The Shamrock Shuffle is a St. Patrick’s Day-themed 5K event held on March 14, 2026 in West Chester, Ohio, with activities centered near the MidPointe Library on West Chester Road. The main 5K is offered as either chip-timed or untimed. The event welcomes runners, walkers, strollers and leashed dogs. A separate Leprechaun Lap fun run is offered for young children.

The event program includes timed and untimed 5K divisions and youth categories for ages 13 and under, a “Sleep In Special” option that includes breakfast, a block party and a race shirt, a team-captain registration option for charity teams, and a shirt-only option. Packet pick-up is hosted in the lobby of the MidPointe Library at 9363 Centre Pointe Drive on the days immediately before the race and on race day. The course is described as a modified loop route around Union Centre Boulevard that keeps participants close to the block party finish area. The first 2,000 5K finishers will receive a medal; participants in the Leprechaun Lap receive a chocolate medal. Post-race activities include a community block party with food, sponsor booths and adult beverage service for those 21 and over with proper ID.
