Shamrock Shuffle 5K & Fun Walk - Leechburg
The Shamrock Shuffle 5K & Fun Walk commemorates its tenth year on March 21, 2026 in Leechburg, Pennsylvania. The event features a certified 5K course that weaves through West Leechburg and starts and finishes at the West Leechburg Fire Department Social Hall. Both in-person and virtual options are offered for the 5K and for the 1 mile walk.
The 5K is chip timed by GCXC Race Timing & Management and awards are given at the conclusion of the race. Overall top three male and female finishers are based on gun start placement, and age group awards are based on chip time. There is also a Best Costume award. The 1 mile walk is untimed.
Event amenities and policies include a heated indoor registration and waiting area, complimentary swag bags for the first 300 participants, and a guarantee of a commemorative race shirt for participants registered by March 6, 2026. Children age four and under are free. Costumes are highly encouraged and leashed pets are welcome. Attendees can expect music, refreshments, snacks, and family friendly activities including balloon art and character appearances. A separate evening event titled Small Town. Loud Voice. Dance Party follows the daytime activities.
