Castle Ridge Shamrock Shuffle 5K in Centralia
The Castle Ridge Shamrock Shuffle is the fourth annual 5K run and walk held in Centralia, Illinois on March 14, 2026. The event takes place at the Castle on the Lake venue at 1 Castle Ridge Lane, Centralia, IL 62801.
The event features a 5K run/walk. Participants registered before March 1 will receive a shirt. Packet pickup and late registration are available at Castle Ridge Restaurant on race day. All runners and walkers are encouraged to wear St. Patrick's Day attire.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to the immediate family of a recently deceased community member, in honor of that person. The organizers describe the day as including food and on site activities connected to the event.
Awards will be presented for top male and female finishers overall and for the following age groups 1 to 12, 13 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and up.
