Shamrock Scurry 5K/1Mile

The Shamrock Scurry 5K/1 Mile takes place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, in Tallahassee, Florida. Course and logistics

Packet pickup is at Killearn Methodist Church on Thursday 4:00-7:00pm, Friday 11:00am-2:00pm, or Saturday at 7:00am. The course begins near the church on Roscommon Drive and passes residential areas and the Killearn Country Club golf course. The route follows most of the original course and includes a hill near mile 2 referred to as "Scurry Hill." Proceeds from the event support local charities, youth rehabilitation, and feeding programs. The race typically draws about 1,000 regional runners and has been held annually since 1981.
