About the race
Its Grim Up North Running hosts UKA-accredited road races from the North Yorkshire Dales town of Settle. The Settle Half Marathon and Settle 10 Mile Road Race start and finish at Settle Swimming Pool, offering three out-and-back segments on an undulating but scenic course through North Yorkshire countryside, with views toward Pen-Y-Gent and Ingleborough, past farms and hamlets. The event features marshalled and signed routes, feed stations roughly every three miles, and toilets at the start.
Finishers receive a bespoke medal and treats. Runners should bring a reusable cup; headphones rules apply; GPX routes available for navigation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
