Set the PACE 5K : Detroit Riverwalk

The event takes place at the Detroit Riverwalk, with the in-person course starting and finishing near Milliken State Park at 1340 Atwater St, Detroit, MI 48207. The in-person 5K is a timed out-and-back course that runs through Milliken State Park. One water station will be located at the turnaround, approximately the 1-mile mark.
Virtual participants may complete the 5K from any location between Friday, Oct 22 and Sunday, Oct 25, 2026. The virtual option operates on an honor system and allows participants to run, jog, roll, bike, or walk the distance on a route of their choice. Virtual registrants receive a medal in their race packet.
Race packets for participants who registered by Oct 9, 2026 include a t-shirt, race bib, and medal; t-shirts are not guaranteed for registrations after Oct 9. The event is non-refundable and will occur rain or shine. Personal pets are requested to remain at home for the safety and comfort of participants and volunteers.
Awards will be given to the first three male and female finishers and to winners in these age groups: 15 and under; 16 - 30; 31 - 45; 46 - 60; 61 and up. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
