Bib distribution is organised in advance and on site: pre-event pickups are available at Trakks Liège from 25/09 to 16/10, a pickup session is scheduled at Île Monsin on the day before the race, and bibs can also be collected at Île Monsin on race day. A bicycle parking area will be available on the upper esplanade.
Transport information encourages the use of public transport. The tram serves the Coronmeuse terminus, and bus lines from Liège-Guillemins stop at Place Coronmeuse (about a 15 minute walk to the village area). The Île Monsin is about 6 km from Liège-Guillemins station and 1.2 km from Herstal station. Organisers advise approaching parking via Herstal; six parking areas are identified.
Practical services and rules include on-course and finish refreshments, an after-race village with paid food options, an organised fast-start corral for pre-registered runners above 13 km/h, online classifications by five-year age bands and team rankings, and podium prizes for top finishers and groups. The course runs mainly along riverbanks and is described as accessible to people with reduced mobility and to pushchairs, with a note about a lock passage whose width should be checked on site.
