Distances and race formats
- 12-hour solo
- 12-hour relay (2-person, 4-person, 5-person)
- 8-hour solo
Course and logistics
The course is a 5.96 km trail loop with about 164 m ascent and 169 m descent per lap. Participants complete as many laps as they wish within the 12-hour or 8-hour time frame. The lap start/finish and transition zone are at the Keith King Memorial Park, where teams may set up base camps, and where water, electrolytes, and food will be available. There are washrooms, porta potties, and on-site parking.
The race has no aid stations on the course; runners are encouraged to be self-contained and may use hydration packs or belts. Children under 13 must run laps with an adult when on mixed teams; those over 16 may run solo. Dogs are allowed in the festivities area on leash but are not permitted on course. The event will run in all weather unless a force majeure prevents aid stations and support staff from operating; in that case the race may be cancelled with no refunds or credits. A detailed course map will be provided closer to race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
