Course and logistics
The course is a 5.96 km loop with about 164 m ascent and 169 m descent per lap. Runners complete as many laps as they choose within their selected time window. The Start/Finish area contains the transition zone with team tents, timing tent, aid support, parking, and washroom facilities. There are no aid stations on the loop; water, electrolytes, and food will be available at the Start/Finish. Participants are expected to be largely self-contained on course.
Rules and event details
The event is community-based, volunteer-supported, and works with local organizations. Key rules include no bib transfers, no pacers, no deferrals, and no refunds. Dogs are allowed in the festivities area on leash but not on the course. Lap counting is managed at a volunteer table where runners or team members check in after each loop.
