Howl-O-Sprint 5K Run
The SeaWorld San Diego Howl-O-Sprint 5K Run is a Halloween event scheduled for Sunday, October 18, 2026, held on the grounds of SeaWorld San Diego. The main course covers 5K (3.1 miles) and passes through park areas decorated for Howl-O-Scream and Halloween Spooktacular, with themed photo moments and costumed characters appearing along the route.

- Kids Fun Run : approximately 1K, ages 12 and under
All participants receive an official race shirt, a race bib with a timing chip, and a finisher medal. The top three male and female finishers in each age division receive two admission tickets to SeaWorld San Diego. Costumes are encouraged but masks are not permitted. Strollers are allowed; participants using strollers are asked to start toward the back of the field.
The event welcomes runners and walkers of all ages and includes awards and live results. The race takes place while the park is presenting its seasonal Halloween events, offering a themed course atmosphere without additional course details.
