San Diego Santa Run : December 12, 2026
The San Diego Santa Run is a community running event held in Pacific Beach, with the start and finish located at 912 Garnet Avenue. The event includes multiple sub-events for adults, children, and dogs, a packet pick-up program with a mail option, a post-race celebration at local establishments, and designated street and parking closures in the immediate area.

- Dog 1 Mile (limited to 125 spots)
The 5K includes the Sunny Santa Suit (hat, top, shorts, belt, beard), Santa Run sunglasses, chip timed results, a custom bib, and a complimentary post-race drink ticket. Kids 1 Mile participants receive a Santa hat, sunglasses, chip timed results, and a finisher medal. Dog 1 Mile participants receive a bib, Santa Run t-shirt, hat, and sunglasses; the dog wave does not include chip timing for the dog and owner mile.
Age group awards are offered only for the first 5K wave. Packet pick-up is available at scheduled locations; a Mail My Packet option is offered for a fee. Post-race drink tickets are redeemable at specified partner bars and require age 21 plus with ID. The event benefits the Pacific Beach Holiday Parade.
